Holiday Silent Auction

— ONLINE SILENT AUCTION RULES —

** Bids are to be made in the comment section of each picture/item. By placing an amount, exceeding the starting bid, in the comment section of each photo/item, that amount is considered your bid.**

** Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increment of at least $5.00 (you can go higher of course!) Any bids not adhering to this format will be declared invalid and voided.**

** Bidding will be open from 7:00 am on Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 until the close at 4:00pm on, Saturday, November 21st , 2020.**

** Auction item purchases are final and sold “as is.” No returns or exchanges will be issued, nor is it possible for expiration dates to be extended on certificates, unless the event/establishment/venue is no longer providing such service due to unforeseen circumstances. WINC will work with the purchaser if this happens. All provisions listed in the certificates are subject to availability. **

** By purchasing auction items, buyers waive any claims of liability against WINC and the donor(s). Additionally, said parties shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or other liability claims that may result from the use of the item/service sold. **

** Once the auction is declared closed, the last and highest bid entered on the comment section that adheres to the designated increment, shall constitute the winning bid and will so be marked.**

** All bids are a legal contract to buy. In the event of a dispute, WINC staff will act as the final authority. **

** The winning bidder will be tagged/contacted by 6:00 pm on Saturday, November 21st , 2020, and notified of payment and pick up procedures (by appointment only).**

** All items will need to be picked up from the Wildlife In Need Center, W349 S1480 S. Waterville Road, Oconomowoc, WI 53066, **

** Payment for items purchased must be made in full. **
