2020 Baby Bird Feeding Program

After careful consideration, WINC’s summer Baby Bird Feeding Volunteer Program and orientations for the 2020 season are cancelled. Due to our limited staffing and the public health concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we feel this is the necessary decision in order to keep everyone safe and healthy. Our Baby Bird Feeding Volunteer Program consists of about 100 individuals from the age of 12 years up to 84 years of age and each one of you will truly be missed. For those volunteers who were looking to return for another season or a first timer interested in learning, we hope you will keep us in mind for the 2021 season. Annual Pancake Breakfast Canceled

Dear Friends of WINC, Like you, our staff has been monitoring the news and recommended safe guards regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) here in Wisconsin and across the United States. We have made the difficult decision to cancel our Annual Pancake Breakfast which was scheduled for Sunday, March 15th with the hope of rescheduling sometime in the upcoming months. If you have items that you purchased for our Wish List Drive, they can be dropped off at the WINC office. The Wildlife In Need Center hours of operation remain unchanged, at least for now. We continue to take guidance from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Paint Your Pet Event!

PAINT YOUR PET EVENT Sunday, February 23, 2020 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm At the Wildlife In Need Center W349 S1480 S. Waterville Road Oconomowoc, WI 53066 We are so EXCITED to be hosting another painting event here at WINC!! This will be our second event with Stacey Ball of Stickman Painting Studios and 25% of the profits will be donated to the Wildlife In Need Center. For this event, Stacey and her team will be teaching a paint-your-pet class. A traced outline of your pet onto a 16 x 20” canvas will be ready for painting the day of the event, using a photo of your adorable and lovable pet, emailed (email address below) at the time of your class registration.
