— ONLINE SILENT AUCTION RULES —
** Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increment of at least $5.00 (you can go higher of course!)
** Bidding will be open from 7:00 am on Friday, September 10th, 2021 until the close at 10:00pm on, Tuesday, September 14th, 2021.**
** Auction item purchases are final and sold “as is.” No returns or exchanges will be issued, nor is it possible for expiration dates to be extended on certificates, unless the event/establishment/venue is no longer providing such service due to unforeseen circumstances. WINC will work with the purchaser if this happens. All provisions listed in the certificates are subject to availability. **
** By purchasing auction items, buyers waive any claims of liability against WINC and the donor(s). Additionally, said parties shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or other liability claims that may result from the use of the item/service sold. **
** Once the auction is declared closed, the last and highest bid entered that adheres to the designated increment, shall constitute the winning bid and will so be marked.**
** All bids are a legal contract to buy. In the event of a dispute, WINC staff will act as the final authority. **
** The winning bidder will be contacted upon auction close Tuesday, September 14th, 2021, and notified of processed payment. Auction Item Pick up date will be Saturday, September 18th between 10am and 4pm.
** All items will need to be picked up from the Wildlife In Need Center, W349 S1480 S. Waterville Road, Oconomowoc, WI 53066, **
**Please email dverhalen@helpingwildlife.org if you are unable to pick up your items on September 18th and to make alternate pick up arrangements.**
